Kilar Haunted

Kilar is an rp character of mine. She is a silver wolf who was experimented on. and due to this experiment, her blood was taken over by a substance refereed as "Void Blood". It have the same properties as blood but can be used as a weapon. the blood is only active however, when she is either wounded or if it is trying to gain control over her (generally when she is mentally unstable).
